The first stage of Verlow is in private testing. It keeps training, food, sleep, gut and how you feel in one record while the AI companion takes shape around it.

Ask by email
Email us with the subject “Verlow access”. Say which phone you use and what you train. Please leave out any health details; we do not need them to set you up.
Where it runs
- Android
- The app, installed from a link we send you. Not on the Play Store yet.
- Browser
- The same app on any computer, or on a phone’s home screen. No steps or sleep from your phone.
- iPhone
- No app yet.
Who it suits right now
A good fit if
- You train most weeks: gym, running, cycling, swimming, calisthenics, classes, anything.
- You want food and how you feel in the same place as your training.
- You want to understand the wider context around your gut without turning it into another tracking job.
- You would rather write “chicken salad” than weigh it.
- You use Android, or are happy to use a browser.
Not the right fit yet if
- You want a training plan or a coach.
- You need calorie or macro targets.
- You need an iPhone app.
- You are looking for help managing a diagnosed condition.
What testing involves
- Use it on ordinary days. Log training, food and a check-in when it suits you.
- Tell us what gets in the way. A one-line email is enough.
- After a couple of weeks we may ask for a 15-minute call. Saying no is fine.
- Things will occasionally break. Your entries save as you go, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
- It is free while it is being tested. If that changes, you will be told the price before you are asked for anything.
What happens next
- 1We read your request.
- 2If we can add you, we set up your account and email you two links: one for the browser, and one to install the Android app if you use Android.
- 3You sign in with a code sent to your email. There is no password.
- 4If we cannot add you yet, we will say so, and keep your email until we can unless you ask us to delete it.
Changing your mind
To withdraw your request and have your email deleted, write to christian@goverlow.com. We will confirm when it is gone. If you already have an account, you can delete it and everything in it from Account in the app.
Questions
- Why can’t I just sign up?
- Because it is early. Setting accounts up by hand means each person can be helped, and problems get fixed before more people meet them.
- Is it free?
- Yes, while it is being tested. If that changes, you will be told the price first, and nothing will be charged without you choosing it.
- What happens to my records when testing ends?
- They stay in your account unless you choose to delete them. Testing does not end with a wipe.
- Will you email me about other things?
- No. We reply about access, and that is all.
- Is my data safe?
- The privacy page lists what is stored, which services handle it, and how to export or delete it. Meal photos are private to you, and your records are not sold.
