About Verlow

Why it exists

Your watch measures sleep, heart rate and steps. Training sits in another app. Food is reduced to calories or not recorded at all. How you felt and how your gut behaved mostly live in memory.

Verlow starts by keeping those things in one record. Training and food create the daily habit; sleep, gut and how you feel preserve the context that separate apps lose.

That record is the foundation, not the finished business. Verlow is becoming an AI companion that can connect more health information, remember context and help you understand change over time without presenting a guess as a fact.

Less recording. Better understanding.

More health data is not useful when interpreting it becomes another job. The AI companion connects more of the services people already use, then adds memory, contextual questions and careful interpretation.

A home gut test adds an occasional molecular snapshot. Passive observations later add a daily stream. Both belong in the same record, where the surrounding food, training, sleep and how-you-felt context already exists.

The aim is not a larger dashboard or more graphs. It is less work for you and a clearer understanding over time. Your health, on autopilot.

What it holds to

  • The record comes first. Understanding grows from real context.
  • A gap is unknown, never zero.
  • Your observations are yours to correct, export or delete.
  • An explanation shows its evidence, gaps and uncertainty.
  • New information should reduce your work, not create more homework.

What it is not

Verlow is not a medical device and not a coach. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and it does not tell you what to eat or how to train. If something about your health worries you, talk to a doctor.

The record is available now. It is the first stage of the companion Verlow is becoming.
